You can subscribe the plans from the Airtel Payments Bank Tez Portal / Mitra app
There are 3 types of subscription plans that are being offered – Silver, Gold and Platinum
Once you subscribe to a plan, the additional incentives will be applicable for 365 days from the date of start of subscription. You can opt for auto renewal of the plan in case you wish to continue availing the additional benefits for longer.

The extra commission is applicable on the following – DMT, AePS, MATM, SBA account opening, Gold Loans and on Customer Monthly Average Balance Growth.

Yes, you can. All retailers who subscribe to the Silver & Gold plans will have the option to upgrade their plan at any time.
Yes, you can. You can select the option for auto renewal while making payment for a plan. Selecting this option will ensure that your subscription benefits continue after one year. Correspondingly, the plan charges will be deducted from your mCash balance at the end of one year from the date of purchase.
For retailers who have not opted for auto renewal facility, after one year the commission payments will be made as per the base commission structure. For those retailers who have opted for auto renewal facility, after one year the commission payments will continue to be as per the details laid out in the subscription plan.

Unfortunately, the facility to cancel a plan after purchasing is not available.
The commission payments will be as per the current schedule. The payments will be made on the next day (D+1). The extra commission that you earn will also get along with the basic commission.

For those retailers who have opted for auto renewal facility, after one year the commission payments will continue to be as per the details laid out in the subscription plan. The subscription plan will continue to be active as long as the retailer does not opt out of the auto renewal facility.
Don’t worry. Retailers subscribed to an existing plan will continue to get the promised benefits for the one year period. You may opt for another plan at the end of the year.
